Good people, pretty niche product, toxic culture, pay is not bad but many places have better. No inbound, lots of cold calls, product is interesting but not for all.

They expect you to work more than 9-5 for less money and less stock than almost any other tech company I know of. I user to work so hard at vention to uncover the smallest sale, now I am handed large deals and have excellent work life balance.
