Poor leadership. Non existent to rookie marketing doing the bare minimum. Incompetent CEO surrounded by yes-men. Didn’t buy ESOPs given to me because this company is not likely to go to IPO. Might get acquired for cents on the dollar. Also, incase anyone forgot. The CEO is McKenzie and Harvard.

Leadership pivots every quarter and has lost touch with their ICP. Account shuffling happens too often and no set rules of engagement makes sellers very anxious. Stop moving the goal posts and reducing comp every chance you get.

New BDR team under new Manager. This is 90% an Outbound BDR role, some inbound comes but not regularly.
