culture flipflopped on values a lot. First they were female driven, hired a ton of female leaders and sales people. Fired most if not all and let a senior leader go during maternity leave. Leadership from the top is okay but middle management is full of yes men who provide limited value. Not 1 member of that team pointed out some of their strategy was doomed for failure and would go out of their way to let the company fall flat as they won't be the target when layoffs come around. Has had over 5 rounds since 2024 so job stability is wonky. Clients are slightly jittered that they have a new rep almost every quarter.

Vention has some highs but far more lows. Management tends to make decisions seemingly without foresite. Large number of reps not hitting quota despite company layoffs and reduction of sales staff.

this isn't the kind of position you'll want to be in if you want to make money. They have shafted the comp plan every year and has lied about the job role. It isn't 50% inbound 50% buying account it is 90% you source your own business 10% marketing. The buying accounts they give you unless there's a recent departure are burned accounts.
