Management loves internal meetings everyday of the week to "coach" because they think reps are the problem and Vendr can do no wrong. If you have other options, I'd take them. If you're looking to break into tech - this could be a solid spot

And, the internal politics, boys club, and psych manipulation… especially at the senior management level… is toxic. Getting in their own way of actually building a solid company.
