My overall experience has been mostly great, but there are definitely some areas of improvement. Enablement for CSMs is non-existent, so you are typically on your own with creating content/decks, learning the CSM sales process through trial and error (as there is little to no training, or it's been outdated but there are no new enablement sessions to keep everyone...Read More
