In 2024 Veeam is moving from a subscription software only business to selling saas/ backup-aaS. The changes are a bit half baked and the product has a long way to go before it’s properly competitive. Massive increase in target, 50% growth on 20% of the territory after the split.

Upper management has no idea what an actual day to day is. Middle management is stretched thin. Leads are not what they used to be, marketing is asking everyone else to do their job. With all the out sourcing going on there is no job security or stability. Used to be a great company, now it's washed up and most the culture in it's way to get to the public status.
