Great company to work for in the past but losing its focuses during the pursuit of IPO. Processes became more cumbersome and each individual became less valuable than before. However it's still a reat place as the produc is on high demand.

Awesome place to get your foot in the "IT Sales" door and pivot to another IT vendor or VAR for more money. Boomerang reps come back all the time, but I've seen many IT careers catapulted from Veeam's Renewal > Sales Org.
