There is close onto zero engagement with the channel, no marketing department (everyone has left and hasn't been replaced), the BDR function are nice people but simply do not deliver results by way of meetings that actually lead to deals.
The SE team are fantastic and this goes for management too!
Basic tooling is there e.g. Outreach but there is no data to use e.g. no Cognism or Zoom. Sales Navigator is typically your go to!
Companies entertain the product but seldomly buy it. Zero quota attainment all around!
