Great People, Poorly Supported The company has great people but fails to empower individual sales contributors for success. The product lacks market fit, yet leadership clings to a misguided belief in its potential. In the UK, systemic issues are rampant: enterprise efforts are stagnant, channel strategy is non-existent, and SDRs aren’t effectively measured. Few meet targets, and claims otherwise feel misleading. Employees receive minimal support for growth—beyond online training, there’s nothing. Leadership seems reactive and directionless, leaving contributors without the tools to succeed. Without strategic vision and a focus on individual empowerment, these flaws will continue to undermine the company’s potential.

It was a solid experience, great product market fit but not a very well known company. It's on its way up there and is getting more recognition but there's still a lot to be done.
