Good product, good clients, poor leadership culture, no empathy from the management. Commission plans are made for you to not attain quota in Europe.

Great place to learn sales processes and get a foundation for future selling career. Can be a long term play but impossible to catch up in terms of being fairly compensated if you work your way up from the inside.
