Working at Vanta has been a great experience overall. It's a high performance environment and can be fairly competitive depending on the team you're on. The biggest compliant I have is that there is no clear path to promotion as an SDR (within or outside of the sales org). It's something that's being worked on, but that's been the claim for well over a year now and we have yet to get any clarity on it.

Fast-moving organization. Sales leadership has been a revolving door. Lead flow not distributed evenly. Some reps crushing, others barely getting anything. Best product in the space, but morale needs to be improved. CEO is amazing.

Company is great. Leadership is strong. Very competitive market but Vanta (for now) is clearly in lead position. Lot of competition makes differentiation difficult and ACV shrink.
