This company has a completely different culture to formerly known VMware, they have no focus on commercial accounts and do not care about their employees only the bottom line. I do not feel valued and we are currently capped so do not see great earning potential. Some people have been offered attractive RSUs but I have yet to see anything substantial. This is a glorified renewal/transactional gig which is incredibly dull.
