Base Salary is good, potential earnings is above average but on par with market expectations. With YOY growth expected has become a little more challenging to hit quota but still propensity to earn well overall.

Overall, my experience at VMware was fantastic. Like any job a manager can make or break your feeling towards a company. In my case, I had a extraordinary manager then at another point I had a extremely micromanaging manager. The pay was great and worklife balance was superb.
