VMware was a world class company and I worked with the best set of colleagues of any gig I've ever had. Unfortunately, things are changing regarding culture now that Broadcom has bought VMware.

This company has a completely different culture to formerly known VMware, they have no focus on commercial accounts and do not care about their employees only the bottom line. I do not feel valued and we are currently capped so do not see great earning potential. Some people have been offered attractive RSUs but I have yet to see anything substantial.
