My overall experience at VMware is positive, it is a great company with a great culture. Lots of benefits that add to your salary. Pay is not the best in the market but certainly not the worst for the role it’s very good and targets are achievable.

Vmware was incredible under Dell and working independently. However, Broadcom leaves a few questions on how things may change.
