Some tough times through the merger but things are getting better. New leadership is making the right moves in sales and product. I’m a bit concerned about marketing though.

Since the merger the culture is dead. Targets were too high, management was uninspiring and just want results but not willing to hear about challenges of product/pricing. Avoid if I were you!

I would not recommend working at UserTesting especially after the PE acquisition.

My experience was good until the company was acquired by a private equity firm early 2023, and then merged with our largest competitor. Our account teams were constantly changed and management reduced the number of customers we could work with, drastically impacting ability to achieve quotas.
