Former Employee3.3Mar 8, 2024Upwork has a pattern of hiring BDRs then doing a round of layoffs. So tenure at Upwork is very limited. Benefits are Upwork are amazing but base pay is bare minimum. Met some of the brightest and coolest people I've encounter professionally, it's a shame layoffs had to cut many people's time short.
