The Upwork Enterprise solution cannot compete with the free version of Upwork, so it's a very tough sale. The free version does 85% of what clients care about, so getting them to go all in on an annual subscription fee along with higher % engagement fees is an uphill battle. Hardly any Enterprise AE's made quota last year, and it will not be better this year.

Upwork has a pattern of hiring BDRs then doing a round of layoffs. So tenure at Upwork is very limited. Benefits are Upwork are amazing but base pay is bare minimum. Met some of the brightest and coolest people I've encounter professionally, it's a shame layoffs had to cut many people's time short.
