Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great entry into sales and good training. The sales team is great, the crm is great. However, the company it self is a mess. Missed bonus because accounts did not install on time due to errors out of sales control. The company offers horrible customer service and you have to beg plant staff to get things done for your accounts. If you don’t have a good driver servicing the account it is hard to keep customer happy. Was much easier to sell in areas that had great drivers. 90% of my installs there was an error made by the driver, service team, or billing team. However, this increased my customer service skills. Sales Management was excellent very helpful and understood the problems with company tried best to avoid problems. And help you succeed . Spent a lot of time doing customer service when I was suppose to be prospecting. The market is extremely saturated and several local vendors can beat the companies price. A lot of penny pitching but your suppose to sell on service, but the service is terrible at-least at my plant. Great place to start in sales but not to stay. Browse Other Reviews
