Great entry into sales and good training. The sales team is great, the crm is great. However, the company it self is a mess. Missed bonus because accounts did not install on time due to errors out of sales control. Is the customer development representative/field new logo sales or existing client sales? The JD suggests both but leans into expansion. Also what’s the work life balance like and are they typically in office? I need to do a soft reset on my sales career and want to focus more on expansion.
