Poor management. High turnover. You’re selling a service and the service was bad so you were actually trying to get people to switch from another company by telling them you could offer them a better service when in reality it was much worse. It made it difficult to want to sell two small business owners promising them something that the company could not deliver on.

Very good starting point to begin your sales career. You're not selling something that's sexy or even absolutely required in some instances. This will teach you how to overcome rejection and keep on keeping on.

Is the customer development representative/field new logo sales or existing client sales? The JD suggests both but leans into expansion. Also what’s the work life balance like and are they typically in office? I need to do a soft reset on my sales career and want to focus more on expansion.
