Good manager. Poor overall leadership. Experience relies on your GM and haven’t heard of many good ones. Base pay is what you’ll live off of. Closed deals takes months to pay out. Horrible systems in place which leads to a lot getting messed up and the customers getting poor service and many mistakes.

This is a great place to begin a sales career! The training is very thorough and it continues within your location. Plenty of opportunities to advance within the company as well. Top earners are rewarded with P-Club trip at the end of the year!
