Tech is very well placed. However lately leadership has deteriorated, and the new fy comp plan has more “stick” than “carrot” for punishing churn. Global brand needs work to elevate sales efforts.

UiPath is a good company to work for. The company is currently trying to figure out how to best compete with the large software firms, as we have won the RPA market and are in the process of pivoting to an AI first company.
