Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Don’t be fooled. Whatever’s been said about the positive work culture is outdated, it’s been progressively undone by poor leadership. Through favouritism, manipulation, a lack of equity, and simply poor decision making. It’s seems the so called “leaders” are more worried about their pensions, than customers or the people that do the work to grow the business. What used to be a mission driven company has become just another tech company, that cares more about short term revenue goals than long term success or impact. It’s alarming how difficult it is to sell, as a result of all the extra work AEs are expected to do on top of revenue generating tasks. It’s as if they are trying to force people to leave, it’s probably a sign of upcoming layoffs and they’re trying to avoid having to pay out.
