Leadership will never understand that reps who get lucky inbound deals are the ones who hit quota. 90% of reps here are top tier, but per usual, get treated as if they don't know how to close deals when they have an off quarter

Awful experience, the “leaders” took a mission driven business with a good product and turned it into a toxic Pitt of disappear.
