This place will give you whiplash if you don't manage your own expectations. Every quarter they have a new sales process that they very stringently enforce- this leadership team is the most unprofessional and disorganized I have ever come across in my 10+ year career. It would be ok for leadership to be sloppy if they actually were effective. Unfortunately, they are a combination of unprofessional, disorganized, and low performing.

My overall experience at Udemy was great. I believe leadership in general really cares about helping reps succeed. I believe I just came it a bad time since my manager was going on paternity leave and I only got to be under his leadership for 2 months before he left. I believe that affected my ramping experience since different managers care about different things....Read More
