Don’t be fooled. Whatever’s been said about the positive work culture is outdated, it’s been progressively undone by poor leadership. Overall my experience at Udemy Business was good. The product had great brand recognition and product market fit. In terms of what Udemy could work on is better pay (no salary increase in over 2 years) and also limited career progression for a learning company that is pretty poor.
