Okay experience. High quotas, low base pay, higher ups have favorites and they get better territories. If you want to succeed at Uber you need to speaking up. Squeaky wheel gets the grease unfortunately.

Ok not great. Company is so massive. If you’re not part of a team that attributes to most of Uber’s success (rides + restaurants) you’re pretty much left in the dark with any product changes that happen. You’re at the mercy of what Uber wants to do and you never know when they’re going to implement change.

Leadership relied on ICs for strategy and generally didn't have a clue as to how the teams were going to achieve their target metrics.
