Current Employee2.0May 14, 2024Tulip is poorly managed with less than 10% of reps hitting quota and huge pressure from an embedded cult of middle management. Amazing, amazing product. But couple the low quota with a terrible base, and this quickly becomes a “pass” for any smart rep. Expecting 70% (seriously) turnover this year in the sales team.

Former Employee2.4Mar 27, 2024Engineer first company. Was only there for under a year - only one or two reps actually hit quota for the entire company. Its got a great market fit but the sales org is still raw. Very low comp / base compared to other companies.
