Really cool product, that solves some important problems. Commercial leadership is lost and toxic, and it's a very political organization that cares much more about internal processes, and protecting the status quo than being efficient and helping customers. Quarterly, we re-interviewed for our jobs and every quarter they fire AEs. The sales team shrunk significantly while I was there. I would avoid Tulip as a sales rep / AE. Maybe a good place for Engineers and Developers.

Horrible pay, incredible product. Management is incredibly full of themselves and this is not a sales first organization.

Engineer first company. Was only there for under a year - only one or two reps actually hit quota for the entire company. Its got a great market fit but the sales org is still raw. Very low comp / base compared to other companies.
