Too many red flags to count, but the most recent is likely the most relevant to anyone considering working here. The comp plans for the entire sales org was cut drastically and reps have been getting quietly let go on an almost weekly basis.

Could be a great company to work for but for terrible leadership. Exec team is so far out of their depth and only fill management positions with people with zero experience so they can have their team of yes-people. CRO is a toxic nightmare and absolutely terrible in that role.

Extremely inexperienced management team with poor leadership and communication skills. Most don't even have business degrees or any sort of sales background.
