I would avoid working here if you enjoy sales. Horrible product market fit within the New England territory eventually lead to the company disbanding the entire NE team. I was able to achieve doubling my quota only one month out of pure luck and straight grinding. They expect you to prospect 25 businesses a day in person. Good company but the micromanagement was extremely unreasonable. You were typically on your own 90% of the time in the field and they required you to record all your calls in meetings and submit for everyone in company to hear.

Overall it was a great position to refine my sales abilities. The position beneath my role had higher turnover as pretty much all sales depended on your ability to source, demo, and close.

My overall experience was great! The type of people that are within this company are people I still consider friends and mentors. The only way to not be successful is on you - they give you all the resources possible and you must use those.

Decent if it’s your first sales job, if not I would pass. A lot of canvassing and trying to hunt down small business owners. Barley any SDR leads. Pay is low for the work you do.
