Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Extremely inexperienced management team with poor leadership and communication skills. Most don't even have business degrees or any sort of sales background. Management is also full of hypocrisies creating an incredibly difficult and unhealthy work environment. There is very little communication amongst departments. Micro-management is high while support and motivation is dismal. The sales goals are completely unattainable. There are no account executives that will come remotely close to hitting OTE in 2023. I cannot recommend this company.
