Two riffs in my one year there. Leadership was very confused about company's direction. Mishired many, then laid off many. There is certainly demand for the product but management needs to iron out the unit economics for a sales team to flourish.

They are too new in the e-commerce space. Needs another round of funding in order to employ over 150 people. 3 lay offs in the last 10 months.
