Extremely inexperienced management team with poor leadership and communication skills. Most don't even have business degrees or any sort of sales background. Too many red flags to count, but the most recent is likely the most relevant to anyone considering working here. The comp plans for the entire sales org was cut drastically and reps have been getting quietly let go on an almost weekly basis.
