This place was so incredibly toxic and there was a revolving door of leadership. VP of Customer Success (Asana alum) immediately nepo hired a bunch of people. The CEO is incredibly full of himself and constantly seems in the throes of a manic episode.

100%+ quarterly attainment every quarter but the last two. Two headcount reductions for two missed quarters: 1 CS oriented and 1 sales-oriented. Shifted approach in Q1 and on track for 100%+ again. Now, actively hiring again and hitting targets.

Up and down experience so far. Definitely not put in a situation that is winnable without a lot of extra effort and creating opportunity for myself. Inbound leads have severely dried up in the last 6 months.
