awful all around. the product is amazing but overly complicated, leadership has no idea what they are doing. sales reps get promoted prematurely that don't exhibit any leadership skills. sales org changes comp structure twice a quarter and commission is based on consumption so you won't get paid until the customer consumes the product. full customer ramp takes about 3 months so you won't be making money until 3-5 months after closing the deal. DON'T DO IT.
