Navan sales culture is fast-paced, ever-changing, cutthroat, and rewarding. I wouldn’t recommend this job to everyone; however, if you’re up for lots of outbounding/pipe gen (metrics are heavily emphasized), monthly quotas, and a truly great product (with some late-stage startup pains, don’t get me wrong), then Navan is for you. In-office work is a core foundation to the company. If you don’t want to go into the office, don’t work here.
