"My overall experience with Trinity Solar is excellent". I've been here since March 2022. They follow through with everything from paying you weekly, commissions right away - no waiting a month like Telecommunications, great culture, nice perks. If your willing to put in the time, learning, work extra hours while the office is operating you'll succeed beyond your wildest expectations. TITANIUM

This job is an absolute grind. no leads are given, you create your own territory. Good base pay but hitting commission takes time and is not simple.

Great work culture but solar companies like to tell their consumers that the solar panels are at "NO COST" and that is not true at all. There is room for a lot of growth in this company but it's hard to work in sales if you don't believe in your own product
