Trinity will be the company I work for for the rest of my life. It's a phenomenal environment with a lot of room to grow and really smart people in charge. I'm relatively new to in-home sales and I already feel like an expert thanks to the amazing training at this organization. The compensation is fair considering how much work they do on the back end after everything is sold. I would recommend Trinity to anyone who is excited about sales. I would recommend Trinity to anyone who is looking to become a customer.

Trinity is a wonderful organization with fantastic coworkers! That said, management overhires, which makes territory sales all the more challenging. Management also struggles to communicate clearly. It is a great working environment, but management overestimates the demand for solar in my area, which is a problem.

Great work culture but solar companies like to tell their consumers that the solar panels are at "NO COST" and that is not true at all. There is room for a lot of growth in this company but it's hard to work in sales if you don't believe in your own product
