Company has no structure. They have a new plan every 3 months and never allow time to implement any changes. No culture at all… Upper management has no clue what they are doing and drag everyone along. Some Colleagues are fine though …

Tricentis is a growing company and overall a good place to work. There are some growing pains that are understandable with a quickly expanding company that include regular sales org and territory changes multiple times a year. The strength of the product generally outweighs these growing pains and has strong differentiators against the competition. Lead flow is poor....Read More
