Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Challenging space, lots of competition from SIs, opensource, or other embedded commercial tools. Direct line managers are good, exec leadership is poor (struggle to define strategy, lack of meaningful development, communication is often negative towards sales org, lots of dashboard watching and not much being done to help drive alignment with our partners or customers). The comp plan this year has frustrated much of the sales org, targets are high, payout is low until you hit over a certain % of your number, attainment has been challenging, opportunities are few and far between. Some groups within the org that are designed to help sales seem to be sitting on the sidelines. Overall - solid product, lack of demand and below average exec leadership are major concerns.
