The product is great. Definitely has many challenges if come from out of industry. Very long sales cycles and lackluster culture.

This is a very political company. If you can get "in" with a seasoned mentor early on you can survive on their overflow as you ramp. Your director also has an influence if you will succeed as they are responsible for distributing inbound lead flow.
