Not investing in their tech, significantly trimmed engineering and product management but keep raising quotas and structuring plans in less lucrative ways. ELT constantly talks about exit event as if it’s a motivator for reps who don’t have equity. ;-)

With PE comes uncertainty and that can cause some turbulence. will tell, but it feels like leadership is steering the ship in the right direction.
