I was excited by the opportunity to work with products in a high demand market space. The mergers, divestitures, and constant churn of direction made it very difficult to get your job done. Moral was low across the company sadly.

At the time of joining good leadership. Lots of install base customers to target and work with.. however as an AE you are constantly justifying to the customers why you should talk to them. Trellix are not an innovative cyber player, about 5 years behind the competition and many customers are actively trying to remove Trellix. Think of the challenges this poses.

Company is definitely going through restructuring/rebranding and experiencing the typical pains that come from such an overhaul. With PE comes uncertainty and that can cause some turbulence. will tell, but it feels like leadership is steering the ship in the right direction.
