Not investing in their tech, significantly trimmed engineering and product management but keep raising quotas and structuring plans in less lucrative ways. ELT constantly talks about exit event as if it’s a motivator for reps who don’t have equity. ;-)

Lots of install base customers to target and work with.. however as an AE you are constantly justifying to the customers why you should talk to them. Trellix are not an innovative cyber player, about 5 years behind the competition and many customers are actively trying to remove Trellix. Think of the challenges this poses.
