Lots of install base customers to target and work with.. however as an AE you are constantly justifying to the customers why you should talk to them. Trellix are not an innovative cyber player, about 5 years behind the competition and many customers are actively trying to remove Trellix. Think of the challenges this poses.

Former Employee2.9Aug 9, 2023I was excited by the opportunity to work with products in a high demand market space. The mergers, divestitures, and constant churn of direction made it very difficult to get your job done. Moral was low across the company sadly.
