Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Selling here is incredibly challenging, not due to lack of market interest but totally due to the company’s inability to address fundamental flaws in its product and delivery. Internal hurdles every strep of the way. The politics make every deal nearly impossible. Great money if you can make it, but the commission plan is written poorly and does not protect the seller. The seller is only owed payment “as soon as administratively possible” which means if they fail to bill the client, they will fail to pay the seller. I have contracts that are accruing revenue but have not been paid for months. I have presented the discrepancies in what I’m owed and what I’ve received to leadership and accounting and have been told to sit down and shut up.
