Good product, unfortunately sales leadership did not understand how to motivate the sales reps the right way through commission plans.

1st & 2nd line leadership is great but unfortunately senior sale leadership prevents them from properly supporting sellers on deals. Changes in compensation from prior years prevent an already abysmal quota attainment.
