I think TrackVia is a great place to work, but it isn't easy. It's a small company and a small sales team. The upside is that it's easy to voice your opinions and ideas. The downside is that you've got to be willing to make those ideas happen. Place is a dumpster fire for sales reps. Leadership is toxic. CRO has zero sales experience and berates members of the team. Stay away.
