Back to ReviewsFormer Employee TQL is very behind in the times. The compensation structure is laughable. Your base salary is well under market average, the commision structure is a draw which means you are only allowed your base salary OR your commission, not both which is insane in todays job market.
On top of that the top earners in the company don't actually close their biggest clients. They were all given to them by management as a reward for kissing ass.
In theory there is great money to be made here, and people who were with the company for 3+ years are doing very well for themselves. However for most people it takes well over a year for them to see their first "Commision check."
My advice is for anyone out of college its a decent first job. It looks good on your resume because other employers know TQL is a grind. Get 6 months here then bounce to someone who will actually pay you what your labour and skills are worth.
